Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
